Participant Expectations
By registering for the MFC National Family Conference, participants agree to abide by all event guidelines set forth by the organizing committee. This includes adherence to event schedules, participation in sessions, and respect toward fellow attendees. Members are required to provide accurate information during registration, and any false entries may result in cancellation of participation. We aim to ensure a welcoming environment for all participants and appreciate your cooperation in making this event successful and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants who wish to cancel their registration must do so at least 30 days before the event to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of registration fees. Refund requests should be submitted through the official contact email, and confirmations will be sent upon processing. Additionally, if the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed. Code of Conduct Guidelines
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the MFC National Family Conference. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for everyone. Should any issues arise, attendees are encouraged to address them promptly with the organizing committee or event staff to ensure a positive experience for all involved.
